Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your Shchodenno account and the data tied to it at any time, directly from the app — no support ticket needed.

How to request deletion

Open the app and go to Settings.
Tap "Data & consents".
Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

What deletion removes and what we retain

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your weight logs
Your health-screening answers
All photos and videos in your gallery

Your account identity is also scrubbed: your email address, display name, and password are overwritten with values that can no longer identify you.

What we retain

We keep only the record that your health-data consent existed and was withdrawn, with the date. That record cannot identify you beyond the account id, and it is not used to restore anything — it exists solely as accountability evidence under the GDPR.

This action is immediate and irreversible.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot use the in-app option — for example, you no longer have access to your account — contact the data controller directly:
