Delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your Shchodenno account and the data tied to it at any time, directly from the app — no support ticket needed.
How to request deletion
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Tap "Data & consents".
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
What deletion removes and what we retain
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your weight, sleep and activity entries
- Your health-screening answers
- All photos and videos in your gallery, and your meal photos
- Your comments and likes
- Any feedback you sent
- Your notification settings and registered device tokens
- Your buddy and coach links
- Your daily plans, their completion history and your streak badges
- Your block list, and the reports you filed once a moderator has reviewed them
Your account identity is also scrubbed: your email address, display name, and password are overwritten with values that can no longer identify you.
What we retain
We keep the record that your health-data consent existed and was withdrawn, with the date — solely as accountability evidence under the GDPR. We also keep financial records: your virtual-currency ("трені") balance and the ledger entries that involved you, so that other people's balances stay correct, and the records of in-app purchases and subscriptions, for accounting and to handle store refunds or disputes. They hold no name or email: they are linked only to the scrubbed account id and to the app store's own transaction reference. None of this is used to restore anything.
This action is immediate and irreversible.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot use the in-app option — for example, you no longer have access to your account — contact the data controller directly:
