Plank shoulder taps
- Duration: 6 min
- Level: Beginner
- Goal track: Energy boost
Start in a full forearm-or-hand plank with your feet set slightly wider than hip-width for extra stability. This is your starting position. Keeping your hips as still and level as possible, lift one hand and gently tap the opposite shoulder, then place it back down and switch sides. Breathe out on each tap and avoid letting your hips rock from side to side. Continue alternating for 6 to 8 taps on each side.
