Standing overhead reach pull-down

  • Duration: 6 min
  • Level: Beginner
  • Goal track: Weight loss

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and reach both arms straight overhead, palms facing forward. Keeping your ribs down and core gently braced, pull your elbows down and back toward your waist as if pulling down an overhead bar, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the bottom. Slowly reach back overhead with control to return to the start. Do 2 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions.
