Chair-seated leg extension hold
- Duration: 6 min
- Level: Beginner
- Goal track: Weight loss
Sit tall on a stable chair, away from the backrest, with both feet flat on the floor and your hands resting on the seat beside you. This is your starting position. Breathe out as you brace your middle and straighten one knee, lifting that foot until the leg is extended out in front of you, then hold the extended position for 3 seconds, keeping your back upright rather than leaning back. Breathe in as you lower your foot back down with control. Repeat 8 to 10 times, then switch legs.
